Preliminary (regs 1-2)
These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Regulations.
In these Regulations, where the Permanent Secretary is required to report to, notify, furnish or forward evidence or information to the appointing authority, or the supervising officer, as the case may be, and the Permanent Secretary is the appointing authority or supervising officer, the Permanent Secretary shall instead proceed to deal with the matter as if he or she is the appointing authority or supervising officer.
