Inserts: ss 4A, 4B, 4C, 5A, 13A, 16A, 19A, 19B, 38A, 43A, 43B, 54A, 54B, 67A, 72A, 72B and 72C.

Repeals: s 10.

Subs: ss 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 12, 13, 18, 36, 62, 65, 66, 67 and 68.
