The Order may be cited as the Cattle Export Levy (Designation of Market) Order.
The Pretoria abattoirs shall be a market for the purposes of section 23 of the Act.

These Regulations may be cited as the Control of Livestock Regulations.
In these Regulations—
"district" means an administrative district prescribed under section 2 of the Administrative Districts Act (Cap. 03:02);
"licence" means a licence under Part II of the Act.
3. Permits restricted to area of issue
Every licence shall be issued subject to the condition that the licence shall be valid within the district in which it is issued only unless the officer authorised to issue licences in some other district endorses the licence for use in such other district.
4. No person to have more than one licence
Not more than one licence shall be issued to any person in respect of any district and no person shall acquire more than one licence authorising the buying of livestock within any district.
